DOORS MAYBE CLOSED, BUT THE COACHING CONTINUES!

This is a time where I believe health and fitness is a priority for us all. The current events put into perspective the need to pursue better lifestyles and confirm to us why we train. This is a time where we should not decide to let our fitness and health decline, but pursue even greater results than ever before.

TRAINING OVERVIEW

We are offering 3 options of training to suit all members. We need everyone to confirm which option they will be using. If there is an oversubscription for equipment, we will distribute based on first come first serve basis. 

DAILY TRAINING

Never has it been more important to stay healthy, train smart, eat well, and take care of your body. We are committed to helping you pursue health and wellness through this challenging time. As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, we wanted to be proactive in providing a workout solution for our members. Each day you will receive recorded workouts to your inbox. These are to be completed and logged as normal in BoxMate.

NUTRITION

THE BUILD BETTER HABITS NUTRITION PROGRAM

The Build Better Habits Nutrition Program is a 6-week program designed to help you maintain and develop the habits you've worked to develop within the gym, including Nutrition, Fitness, Recovery, and Sleep.

This will be rolled out early next week and more information for sign up will follow shortly.

COMMUNITY

During social isolation the need to continue to have interaction with the rest of the Tribe is essential. 

We will be hosting webinars, online Zoom workouts and other fun challenges. 

But engaging in the training and habit program will keep the community alive. A private Facebook group for all those taking part with weekly group check ins will be a staple. 

Don't be shy, get involved, stay connected.

TRIBE ANYWHERE

You may have already seen these workouts dropping and you may already be signed up. These workouts are anything from 10-20mins long.

 

They involve using a moderate to heavy Backpack to complete the workouts. 

They are both, easy and dynamic and provide a simple opportunity to continue to keep onto of your fitness. 

TRIBE DB'S

This track utilises DB's and KB's swell as the weighted Backpack on a daily basis. 

 

On this track we will provide both a strength and workout. 

To opt into this track you will need to have access to DB's or KB's or rent them from us through a refundable deposit. 

TRIBE BARBELLS

This track utilises a Barbell and a weighted Backpack on a daily basis. 

On this track we will provide both barbell strength work and a workout.

To opt into this track you will need to have access to a Barbell and Plates or rent them from us through a refundable deposit.

Equipment Rental

All equipment rental will be subject to a signed rental agreement and a refundable deposit. The deposit covers the current value of the equipment for replacement if it were to be damaged or not returned. 

Bars - £100, 1 set of plates - £50, DB & KB's - £50 

We unfortunately cannot accommodate multiple rentals per person as we want to assure as many people as possible have the option to train at home with some equipment. Please confirm specifically either DBKB or Barbell Option.
